ヨハネの手紙 第一の2章を皆で拝読し、15-17節から学びました。
着目点
ⅠJohn 2:15-17

"Do not love or cherish the world or the things that are in the world.
If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in him. (15)
For all that is in the world – the lust of the flesh [craving for sensual gratification] and the lust of the eyes [greedy longings of the mind] and the pride of life [assurance in one's own resources or in the stability of earthly things] – these do not come from the Father but are from the world [itself]. (16)
And the world passes away and disappears, and with it the forbidden cravings (the passionate desires, the lust) of it; but he who does the will of God and carries out His purposes in his life abides (remains) forever.” (17)
"あなたがたは、この世をも、またこの世の中にあるものを愛してはいけません。
もしこの世を愛している者があるならば、その人のうちには、御父に対する愛がありません。（15）
なぜなら、この世にあるすべてのもの、すなわち、肉の欲、目の欲、生活の虚しい誇りは御父から来ているのではなく、この世から来ているのです。（16）
そしてこの世は過ぎ去り、またそれとともにこの世に属する禁ぜられた渇望も過ぎ去ります。 しかし神の御心を行うものは、永遠にとどまるのです。（17）
